Overbed Table – Fixed Height
This Overbed table comes a fixed height, which works well for bed-ends in hospital. Basically, the U-shape design, also called a “straddle type” overbed table, fits over a bed chiefly for use by patients or nurses.
Manufactured from a tubular steel, with a steel sheet top, the height is not adjustable – but perfect height to fit over linen and a patient body in hospital. Used chiefly by patients in hospital to eat from, or for a nurse to write on, it can also be used by a patient to work on, or for a laptop in home use, or to eat a meal from. We can manufacture the top from an oak melamine, or full stainless steel. As illustrated, this one has a plain epoxy coated sheet metal top. This overbed table is made from sturdy tubular steel with an epoxy coated finish. It has a fixed height and sits on 4x 50mm rubber castors, making for smooth and easy transportation. Fits as a U-Shape over the end of a bed for meals or to write up patient information.
