Intended Use:
The KHT-400 Micro Hematocrit Centrifuge is designed for use in laboratory settings, aiding in biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, genetic testing, and blood separation. It is commonly utilized for measuring hematocrit (HCT) values, which indicate the percentage of red blood cells in the body—an important factor in assessing red blood cell health. Normal HCT ranges are 50%-54% for men and 38%-47% for women. The KHT-400 is also effective for testing conditions like jaundice and kidney disorders.
