Description

The Babypuff 1020 infant resuscitator provides excellent results in resuscitation procedures, operating with an external gas source. It has two (2) easy-regulation valve systems, which parameterise and control all resuscitator features.

They are:

  • Safety or Relief Maximum Pressure Adjustment Valve
  • Peak Inspiratory Pressure (PIP) Adjustment Valve
  • Positive End Expiratory Pressure (PEEP) Adjustment Valve

The Babypuff 1020 infant resuscitator provided excellent oxygenation, safely inflating the infant’s lungs with a consistent PIP and excellent control in the PEEP maintenance, thus maintaining the functional residual capacity and the consequent opening of the alveoli, preventing the collapse of the lungs. It is a different device from the Ambu bag and the monoblock valve resuscitators, featuring readings directly in a quick response mano-vacuum meter with a patient efficient interface system.
